Dog Droppings Disposal System Review
Having a pet is a great experience for a family. From providing companionship and comfort to teaching responsibility, pets bring families closer together. Most of the aspects of pet ownership and fun: going on long walks, having a Netflix buddy, playing fetch, having an extra set of eyes to make sure the house is safe. Some other parts are not so fun. Things like barking at 3 am or finding a chewed shoe once in awhile.
The part of pet ownership that people most frequently complain about is picking up dog poop. That’s right. Picking up dog poop is that part of owning a pet that people dread. Often times, this task is rotated among the kids in the family and let’s be honest, kids more often than not conveniently “forget” that they were on pooper scooper duty for that week.
This means a messy yard and an unpleasant build up of dog poop to pick up. Usually, the parents are the ones who have to go out and pick up dog poop because they want the yard to be clean and your son needs to finish his homework before dinnertime. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a service to deal with this nuisance? Well now there is!
What Are We Talking About?
We are talking about a full-scale, professional pet poop removal service. For one monthly price, we will come to your home and pick up all the dog poop in your yard. We offer custom solutions that fit your busy schedule.
We will come to your home on whatever day you desire and fully clean up your lawn. We have a rotating schedule, so we can come anywhere from every week to every month. Every two week is the plan that most pet owners choose. The two week plan helps the yard stay clean for the best price. After we clean up the yard, we will actually haul away the poop. That’s right. We remove the poop from your premises and safely dispose of it so it doesn't stink up your trash cans.
Our staff comes uniformed and ready to work with all the supplies they need. We are incredibly efficient with our work and you won’t even know we were there (aside from coming home to a sparkling clean lawn that is).
Now for the technical part. We do offer a suite of specific pricing options based on the size of your yard. The prices do fluctuate depending on amount of pets and the frequency of cleaning, so it is always best to call us and have us do an estimate for you fit to your exact needs.
Our Extra Small plan is perfect for people with a small back yard or a simple dog run. Best suited for homes in the near suburbs of a city. The size this covers is about 20’ by 20’ and under.
Our Small plan is a great option for most standard sized homes in the far suburbs of a city. With most lots being a standard size now, this is a good option for people in subdivisions or neighborhoods. This plan covers the size 60’ by 120’.
Our Medium plan is a good choice for people with larger yards. This usually covers homes in large, more rural suburbs or gated communities. This plan covers properties that are half an acre or under.
A great plan for larger homes or homes with more land, our Large plan covers homes that have a property that is 2 acres or under.
For properties that are larger than most, we have our Extra-Large plan. This is a great option for people who live in a more rural setting. This plan covers properties that are 4 acres or under.
Have a property that is bigger than our plans? Don’t worry! Anything larger than 4 acres can be covered by our custom plans. We want to make sure that everyone can get the dog poop removal they need so we will work with you to create a plan that is great for you!

Composting Dog Poop - How To Use Pet Waste As Compost
Dog Waste and Our Community
Dog Poop Is Just Plain Nasty (And So Disgusting)!
Disposing of dog waste is probably the most unpleasant task of being a dog owner. One new method of dealing with odor, insect, and other problems associated with disposing of dog droppings are dog waste composters, which are similar to regular compost bins but much easier to use. Here's how they work...
Dog Waste Composters: An Overview
Let's face it, if you're a dog owner, one of your more unpleasant tasks is picking up after your pet. Most pet owners store their dog's waste in a garbage can and wait for trash pick up day. In the interim, there are the inevitable odor problems, as well as pesky insects like flies hovering around the can.
Further, traditional disposal of dog waste is one of the largest pollutants to city storm sewers. As the fecal matter decomposes in landfills, it typically runs off to storm sewers, creating an environmental strain on local water systems.
Many pet owners are choosing a more environmentally friendly way to deal with this problem. Dog waste composters are designed to speed natural decomposition of pet waste and transform it into harmless groundwater run off.
These units are durable and relatively inexpensive. Most units run anywhere from $50 to $80. While the environmental benefits alone make these compost bins worthwhile, users indicate the elimination of odor and insect problems to be an even bigger benefit.
If you're looking for an environmentally safe solution to your dog waste problem, consider a pet waste compost bin. They are easily installed in your back yard, with only the top lid visible. Once it is installed, just drop the bagged waste material into the bin. Over a few weeks, it will decompose on its own, with no need for any other disposal on your part.

Importance of a Dog Waste Removal Service
How to Dispose of Dog Poop?
I have four small dogs, none of which weigh over 10 pounds. I am convinced that they produce at least their own weight in waste each and every day. I have tried everything to reduce the amount of feces these miniature fertilizer machines produces in a twenty four hour period, but nothing seems to work. I finally gave up on trying to reduce the amount and instead decided that I needed to find a way to reap the rewards of this obviously god sent bounty.
I had always the heard the crude expression that the grass was greener where the dogs had s---, so I decided to investigate this. It turns out that the expression isn't exactly true. The high nitrogen content of the excrement is not only not right for grass, it actually promotes the growth of many weeds. That explains my yard. I knew it wasn't my fault. However, further research revealed that the dog feces could be mixed with other compost to make an excellent fertilizer for flowers. Problem solved.
I'm not quite at the point of soliciting strangers on the street for their extra dog feces, but I feel a little more satisfied that I'm getting something out of the entire mess. Now when I stoop down with my little plastic bag to clean up after my terrier, I no longer feel a slave of the royal court. I now look at is as taking advantage of the little guys for the benefit of my garden. I'm hoping this green approach to dog waste management will earn me some carbon credits to make up for the pollution my SUV produces.
