What methods of payment do you take?

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover,  American Express and Pay Pal.  We also accept postal money orders if you order by email or phone. If sending a money order, please note that your order will not be shipped until the funds are released and cleared.

How do I place an order?

There are several ways to place and order:

• You may place your order 24 hours a day, using our secure online shopping cart.
• You may call us between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time at 212-614-3239.
• You may also email us at sales@petpossepresents.com. Please do not include credit card information in your email. One of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone to complete your order.

All gift collections are shipped with the contents pictured and listed. However, items included in the collections are subject to availability. Should we find it necessary to make a substitution, we will notify you by email. Any substitution we make will be of equal or greater value.
